Puppies are doing GREAT!! Five weeks already!! They are loving all the new experiences. From eating dry food, drinking from a water bowl, and exploring the house, it has been an action packed week! The hardwood floors were a bit of a shocker for the pups!! You would have thought they were going ice skating!! It didn't take too long for them to get use to it and start chasing one another around!!

We still have a couple puppies available from this litter. Please contact us if you are interested in a puppy.

Carson has turned into my BEST puppy helper!! He LOVES puppy playtime!!

As, you can see this little one ADORES him!

Puppies moved up to the lap of luxury!! No more whelping box!!

This HUGE play yard is exactly what they were hoping for!!

Weekly Update:

Puppies have really had an amazing week!! They have moved from the whelping box to a great play yard! So much more room to romp!! They really enjoy wrestling with and tackling one another. But most of all, they LOVE to snuggle with each other. They are eating mushed up puppy food 3 times per day and, Gertie is still staying with them overnite. Gertie is still a good mother but appears to be looking forward to her swinging single days again!! These puppies are some of the sweetest we have ever had the pleasure of having her at Huckleberry. They just LOVE being held and snuggling up to our necks. More pictures to come. I cannot believe these pups will be 4 weeks old tomorrow!!

Howie x Gertie Puppies

This is our first entry in our new blog. We are super excited to be able to give you up to date information on our dogs and newest litters here at Huckleberry Labradors. We have high hopes in adding at least 2 entries weekly when we have a litter of puppies! Otherwise, we will update the "Blog" as needed. We hope you find the information on our website to be beneficial in your search for the perfect Labrador for your family. We are always available to chat with prospective families.

Puppies are three weeks old today!! Where has the time gone? We are really enjoying each of these little puppies. Their "BIG" individual personalities are starting to flourish and boy, do they have personality!! You should hear all the ruckus that goes on in that whelping box!! They are actually starting to play together; this includes some growling and biting. Good thing it really is only gumming as they do not have any teeth, yet!!
